Recently, students in Mr. Ernest Cooper’s Law & Protective Service program at Military Magnet Academy had the opportunity to visit the SC Criminal Justice Academy in Columbia.

Students got to experience the only authorized law enforcement training facility in the State of South Carolina first hand.

  

MMA students in Mr. Cooper’s class also recently visited the courtroom of the Honorable Deadra L. Jefferson at the Charleston County Judicial Center on Broad Street downtown. Judge Jefferson welcomed them and explained her role in the judicial system.
