In July 2014, the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America student organization (FCCLA) held their annual National Leadership Conference in San Antonio, Texas.

Students from Wando High School attended the event, and the following were FCCLA National Winners:

• Jasmine White – Fashion Construction/Silver
• Kylie O’Neil, Megan O’Neil, & Chase Tennison – Life Event Planning/Silver
